Portrait of author Raeanne DuPont

Raeanne DuPont is a lifelong storyteller whose love of fantasy and science fiction began early and never let go.

For a decade, she served as the Library Media Specialist at an elementary school, where she nurtured a deep appreciation for books, imagination, and curiosity in young readers–an experience that continues to shape her storytelling today. She recently left the library to pursue writing full time.

Raeanne studied Television, Film, and New Media at San Diego State University. After graduation, she went on to create and produce Kings of the Craft, a six-part documentary series exploring San Diego’s craft beer industry. The series received a Pacific Southwest Emmy in Cinematography.

Happily married, she met her husband at SDSU, and they now live in San Diego with their perfect pup, Olive.

Through her books, Raeanne hopes to create stories that feel like stepping into another world and linger long after you finish the last page.
